Right on Time with Jord Watches

Jord, Watches
I've always said the number one thing that makes or breaks an outfit is the accessories. It's easy to pull together a trendy top and classic heels but the jewelry and accessories are the icing on the cake. With Jord Watches it's easy to pair a timeless wood watch with a casual weekend outfit or a night out. This watch is more than just a timepiece, it's a work of art.

A Stylish Walk in the Woods

ProjectSoiree_Outfit_Fall_Michigan
When temperatures hit 60 degrees mid November in Michigan you spend your time outdoors. To take advantage of the weather I took a little walk through the woods (without any complaints of bugs or rough trails). Living in Michigan is a true blessing to experience days like this.

Everyday Style with Swarovski

"Don't save things for a special occasion. Every day of your life is a special occasion." - Thomas S. Monson. Do you ever find yourself saving an amazing dress or piece of jewelry for a special day or far off event? I have this tendency to think I can't wear something without a purpose, but let's face it every day of my life should be treated like a special occasion. This necklace and bracelet from Swarovski would be gorgeous with a LBD, but it also looks amazing mixed with my every day style.

A Walk on the Wild Side

Fur coat, Project Soiree, Fashion Post, Outfit,
I'm taking a walk on the wild side with today's outfit featuring a faux fur coat, leopard print heels and colorful jewelry. Sometimes making a fashion statement is a little more fun rather than playing it safe.  Agreed?

I don't know about you but I'm so ready for Spring! These chilly days have been quite brutal here in the Midwest. To escape the snow and frigid temperature I made a trip to the Downtown Market with Everythings Always Sunny.

Weekly Pick: Bows & Baubles

Project Soiree, Fashion, Style, Bows, Baubles

Sarah Jessica Parker (aka SJP) is one of my favorite style icons (along with Olivia Palermo, Blake Lively and Rachel Zoe) because she's not afraid to take a risk with her fashion choices. If you didn't know this already SJP has an exclusive shoe collection available at Nordstrom and I completely fell in love with these bow heels. This sleek satin pump with bow-trimmed ankle strap and pointed toe heel is chic enough to dress up with a midi skirt or dress down with boyfriend jeans and chunky sweater.

This outfit required a little something sparkly (as always) and this Swarovski tennis bracelet and Baron earrings definitely did the trick. I'm all about classic pieces that add some glamour and make a bold statement during the holiday season.

Weekly Pick: Festive Feathers

The holiday season has me in a festive mood with a sparkly feather skirt that's absolutely perfect for upcoming cocktail parties. If you ask me, the holidays are the best excuse to make a statement with your fashion so put on some sequins or feathers and have some fun.

I paired this eye-catching skirt with a classic white button-up with chevron beaded details and over-the-knee boots. Since the skirt is the focal point I kept the accessories simple with this Maya Brenner mini letter necklace and a red beanie for a pop of color.
