This spiralized zucchini salad combines my favorite dressing along with a crutch from the raw zucchini spirals. Spiralized Zucchini Salad
1 zucchini squash
Crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons raspberry wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon tabasco
Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside. Spiralize the zucchini and cut into smaller strands if they are too long. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and toss with the dressing.
