Aside from the ideal location they offer a menu with a wide variety of options that focus on seasonal ingredients (something I absolutely love at a restaurant).
We started the evening with the beet & apricot salad that had feta cheese, red onion and a light cucumber dressing. This salad was a highlight because the cucumber dressing was the perfect compliment to the beets, salty feta cheese and sweet apricots.
For our entree we split the seared scallops with pearl pasta risotto, grapefruit and spinach. I'm slightly obsessed with scallops so this was right up my alley. The scallops were extremely fresh and cooked perfectly alongside the creamy risotto and the grapefruit.
We also ordered a side of the roasted summer squash with tomatoes and manchego cheese. The squash was absolutely delicious with the sweet tomatoes and creamy cheese.
After the amazing service and incredible food at Epic I'm definitely planning a return visit before the summer is over to take advantage of the patio and rooftop views.
