Tasty Tuesday: My Favorite Snacks


I don't know about you but by 3PM it's snack time at my desk. Here are some of my favorite snacks that I always keep on hand at the office to get me through the afternoon hours.



1. Almonds are a staple at my work desk for a protein pick-me-up.  
2. If I'm craving something sweet I'll usually grab a Yoplait Light yogurt (blueberry and strawberry are my favorite). At 90 calories and with a good source of calcium and vitamin D these are a great snack option.
3. When I'm on the go running around the city or traveling I always keep a KIND bar in my bag. I'm a huge fan of the Almond & Apricot, Apple Cinnamon & Pecan, and Almond & Coconut.
4. Hummus is one of my favorite snacks paired with pita bread and crisp vegetables. This snack is ideal when I'm craving some "comfort" food.
