Tasty Tuesday: Butcher & the Burger

With so many different burger joints in Chicago it's tough to narrow down a favorite, but I think the Butcher & the Burger has won me over. Located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood the Butcher & the Burger offers a variety of different menu items, but the best part is they let you customize your own burger by choosing a patty, homemade spices, bun and toppings to truly make something you'll love. And if you're in the mood for dessert they also make their own custard (I know this sounds to good to be true).

 

I ordered the lentil brown rice burger and loved the texture and taste blended with the different spices and served on a cutting board. The fries are also worth mentioning since they are homemade and crispy yet soft for a perfect pairing with your burger.
