What I'm Reading Now: Olive Kitteridge

I finally finished Gone Girl last week and wanted to let you know it's probably my favorite read of the year. This book will keep you on your toes until the end and leave you wanting to discuss the twisted ending (this is a perfect book club choice).

I just started Olive Kitteridge over the weekend after reading such great reviews. The book includes thirteen small stories centered in a small town in Maine that all seem to connect and tell a larger story. So far I've really enjoyed each of the characters, and I'm looking forward to making some connections through each story.

  1. Still haven't read Gone Girl - though I do enjoy a good plot... Olive Kitteridge, on the other hand, is one of my favorite books. Normally I don't like short stories strung together like this (aforementioned love of plot), but it's so well done and the characters are so great. Hope you enjoy!
