What I'm Reading Now: The Happiness Project

After hearing so many great things about The Happiness Project I had to move this book to the top of my list. The book follows author Gretchen Rubin on her persuit to appreciating the amazing things already in her life after realizing she was taking them for granted. Her approach to carrying out her happiness project was setting tweleve goals (one for each month) in order to spend a year finding happiness in her everyday life. I'm already finding myself adapting some of her goals to my own life such as the one minute rule, appreciating your life in this moment, and clearing out the clutter in your home. This is the perfect summer read that may even inspire you to create your own happiness project.

The winner of the Project Soiree painting giveaway is Molly. Congrats!

  3. This one's on my list as well! I think I already use a lot of her monthly goals to see the amazing things in my life, but I'd love to read about her journey :)
