Tasty Tuesday: The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've noticed this recipe from Jacque Torres floating around Pinterest for quite some time and decided to  attempt the this not so Secret Chocolate Chip Cookie for myself. I mean if the New York Times declared it the best chocolate chip cookie then it has to be good right? Well I'll have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing they actually were with just the right amount of crunch on the outside and chewiness on the inside. The truly belive the trick is using bread and pastry flour, chilling the dough before baking, and using a high quality chocolate.
