I just got back from a fabulous long weekend visiting my best friend in Fort Collins so I thought I would share a "Tasty Tuesday" find from Colorado. New Belgium Brewing Company is the local favorite in Fort Collins and nationally known for their craft brews. We took a tour of the brewery where we tasted Abbey, Prickly Passion, and Snow Day beers that gave us a wide range of the types of beers they produce. We learned the inside scoop into how they craft their famous beers and also how the company got started. Cheers!
