Weekly Pick: ArtPrize

If you live in the Midwest make it your mission to visit ArtPrize in Grand Rapids, MI this weekend. ArtPrize is part art festival and part social experiment where you can vote on on your favorite pieces of art from over 1,500 different artists in 164 venues located throughout Grand Rapids. The winner will receive $250,000 and the event ends October 9 so hurry up and place your votes. My pick for 1st prize is "Rain" by Lynda Cole showing at the Grand Rapids Public Museum.
