As many of you know Champagne is my drink of choice so a night spent at Pops for Champagne is like a dream come true. Most people save Champagne for those special events (aka birthdays, a promotion, weddings, etc.) but I think Champagne is appropriate any day. Isn't every day worth celebrating? One of my favorite quotes is "Champagne makes you feel like it's Sunday and better days are just around the corner," which pretty much says it all.
Pops has the perfect atmosphere for drinking Champagne with your girlfriends or with a hot date. Be sure to check it out on State St. after a long day of shopping Michigan Ave or for a much needed happy hour with your co-workers. Just sip some bubbles and celebrate the little things. Cheers!
